Would you like to make a difference in the lives of people who have diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or struggle with their weight? Delmarva Diabetes Center is a nurse practitioner owned practice serving the eastern shore of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. We specialize in the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and weight management.
Our mission is to provide a higher quality of life for every individual we serve. We focus on empowering our patients to take control of their health and wellness to manage a complex chronic disease.
We are looking for a full-time nurse practitioner who is truly committed to high quality compassionate care while promoting respect and integrity to the patients.
We are located between the beaches and the Chesapeake Bay offering a wide variety of leisure activities in a rural area, while accessible to city life.
