This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with robust specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-centered care within a growing healthcare system.

- 7/7 Schedule (7p-7a)
- No clinic responsibilities
- 24/7 APP Support
- Primary location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
- Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Competitive Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $578,340
- Recruitment incentive: $75,000
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance: $6,000
