Description
Mercyhealth has an exciting Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity to join our excellent Pediatrics/Newborn Care team in Janeville, Wisconsin. This position allows you to provide high-quality care to healthy newborns while collaborating closely with pediatricians, obstetric providers, nursing staff, and hospital leadership in a family-centered environment.Opportunity:
- Practice primarily in the Newborn Nursery
- Rotating day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Highly competitive compensation: $ 145,000 - 165,000

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Neonatal NP program
- National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
- Hold an active state APRN license
- Hold an active state DEA licese, or eligible
- Hold an active BLS and NRP certifications, or eligible
- Preferred experience in a nursery, NICU, or neonatal practice
- Preferred experience attending deliveries and performing neonatal stabilization
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills
