Practice Overview
- Join a hospital-employed practice alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians and certified nurse midwives
- Practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery and advanced surgical capabilities
- Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Neonatology, and other subspecialists
- Deliver care at a high-volume Women's Center with approximately 2,300 deliveries annually, Level III NICU support, and 24/7 laborist coverage
Schedule
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Shared 1:5 practice call with 24/7 laborist support
- Bread-and-butter OB/GYN practice with protected access to robotic surgery
- Optional teaching opportunities through an academic affiliation
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary of $350,000-$420,000 plus productivity incentives beginning on day one
- Sign-on bonus, full relocation assistance, and student loan repayment

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
- Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
